The Board of Trustees at the Strand Center for the Arts provides governance and oversight for the organization, ensuring it fulfills its mission, manages its resources responsibly, and operates legally and ethically. Trustees have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the organization and its beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities include: strategic planning, fundraising, financial oversight, and evaluating the Executive Director.

Board members typically serve three (3) year terms.
