Facility Rental Program

As an additional revenue stream for our organization we rent out our facilities, on a space available basis, specifically the Strand Center Theatre and the Strand Center Gallery in the arts center. If you’re interested in renting our facilities for an event please fill out the Facility Rental Request Form below and a member of our team will be in touch. Please note we have limited availability for facility rentals throughout the year as our own programming needs take priority. For example: the theatre is primarily available for rentals during the summer which is our “slow season” but has super limited availability the rest of the year. The availability of the gallery in the arts center is largely dependent on which exhibition is currently on view and how much floor space is available based on pedestals and sculptures on view.
